Accompanied by formal explanation, methods and theory upon organisation structure, culture and values, with analysis of each organisation as well as the evolving of its background includes analysis of the 3 elements and highlighting Organisation Behaviours and Management Replace the findings claim that these organisations are at similar ends from the organisation range. The Ritz-Carlton is keeping in step with the demands of its mission maintaining a natural, organisational structure and beliefs, however does not have the understanding of the local lifestyle. The Marriott is strong in tradition however aggravation and dilemma in the international level of cooperation due to the Matrix structure.
