e-governance can make governance more efficient and even more effective simply by improving government process (e-administration), connecting residents (e-citizens & eservices) and building exterior interactions (e-society). E-citizens e-services and esociety are relatively new inclusions in the e-governance as they rely on the new information and communication systems (ICT).
