I have tried my level far better to make that as an excellent one. We used all of the latest data and info. I have been portion this company as an intern under Sales & Marketing Department for two months. I managed to get privilege to set latest info. My work responsibility is always to create relationship with our present and customers, sales products and provide service time to time by providing latest product's information. So , I are getting the possibility to be close to the customer. I've the idea why customer select, the reason of leave and the reason of using pragoti Industries Item. The main target of this report is to come with an assessment about overall actions of sales & marketing department. The way they manage each of the selling process, what solutions it is offering to the customer and just how agents are getting benefit from this and finally precisely what is the gain for pragoti from this project, in short just how it is getting together with up the requirements of the 3 stakeholders from the company. The objectives with the study are as comply with:

• To find the practical experience getting into job with expert of sales & marketing supervisor.

• To understand the travel structure of PIL.

• To understand the channels of PIL.

• To observe the development process & know the inputs procurement program, warehousing program and the offering and syndication system of the company

• To know the marketing and pricing procedures of their products

• To learn about the items & the caliber of products created by the company.

• To know the accounting system and the openness in the preparing of the economic statements.

• To know the usage of the Corporate Governance in PIL

• To produce a report that may give a criteria to the upcoming researchers or customers with the Pragoti Companies Ltd around the different aspects which can be covered through this report.

• Finally, to advise the management with some tips so that the managing can identify some of the defective areas inside the organization and initiate necessary steps to deliver changes in these areas.
